1 Spoonbill, 1 Little Stint, 1 Garden Warlber, 20 Common Snipe and 1 Ruddy Shelduck - Burton Mere Wetlands.
1 juv Black Tern, 2 Little Stint and 1 juv Curlew Sandpiper all east of Lifeboat Station, also 4 Mediterranean Gull, 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 260 Common Tern and 1,200 Ringed Plover among the good numbers of gulls, terns and waders over high tide - Hoylake.

87 Little Egrets, 11 Grey Heron, 780 Shelduck, 1 Marsh Harrier, 1100 Oystercatcher, 73 Ringed Plover, 46 Grey Plover, 2 Turnstone, 35 Dunlin, 1840 Curlew, 2 Whimbrel, 4130 Redshank this morning - Heswall Shore.
1 Spoonbill and 8 Greenshank - Parkgate.
9 Manx Shearwater flew east - Hoylake.
30+ Swift, 2 Garden Warbler, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Reed Warbler and 1 singing Willow Warbler along Lingham Lane - Leasowe Lighthouse.

Aug 10
Flock of 75 Linnet in the new saltmarsh, a good passage of Wheatear recorded between Leasowe Lighthouse and Kings Gap with at least 30 counted, also at high tide 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 2 Mediterranean Gull, 100 Sanderling, 300 Ringed Plover, 2,000 Dunlin, 300 Sandwich Tern and 6 Common Tern - Hoylake Shore.
1 Spoonbill and 18 Greenshank - Parkgate.
1 Mediterranean Gull (ad) before high tide off West Kirby Marine Lake.

 1 American Golden Plover still present this morning - Hoylake Shore.

1 Quail seen flying and landing in marsh by Donkey Stand Flash, also 1 Spoonbill - Parkgate.
Over 100 Swift and 50 House Martin slowly heading south this morning - Lower Heswall.

1 Pectoral Sandpiper from Border Hide at 1230pm then moved to main scrape - Burton Mere Wetlands.

1 Wheatear flew along beach - Heswall Shore.
1 Hobby over Pasture Road flood  - Moreton.
