No sign of Little Swift by 5pm.
2 Manx Shearwater, 2 Arctic Skua, 40 Gannet, 8 Common Scoter, c100 Sandwich Tern and c200 Common Tern off Red Rocks at 7pm.

178 Manx Shearwater, 530 Gannet, 35 Kittiwake, 13 Great Crested Grebe, 1,000 Common Tern, 300 Sandwich Tern, 3 Little Tern, 6 Guillemot and 2 Razorbill - Hilbre.

1 Little Swift over Marine Promenade by Marine Lake at 8.30am, over Morrison's this afternoon - New Brighton.
3 Stock Dove in field by Stapledon Wood, Caldy.

2 Yellow Wagtail and 1 Corn Bunting in fields by RAF Sealand.

June 25
1 Arctic Skua, 17 Gannet and 14 Great Crested Grebe - Leasowe Lighthouse at high tide.
1 Little Swift over Wallasey Water Tower on Gorsehill Road late morning but no further sign this afternoon.

June 24
1 Little Swift around Fort Perch and over the River Mersey this morning, also flying inland over town centre (Pickering Road and Atherton Street) - New Brighton.
6 Manx Shearwater and c40 Gannet (mostly very distant), 2 Peregrine on the sand bank - Hoylake at high tide.
Report of singing male Golden Oriole at undisclosed site probably near Burton Mere Wetlands, will report any further details ASAP.

June 23
1 Little Swift still present at New Brighton, seen on the River Mersey side of the Floral Pavilion and over Tower Grounds Park and is spending most of time over River Mersey still present 7pm, also 1 Roseate Tern and 1 Pomarine Skua.
1 Spoonbill - Burton Mere Wetlands.
76 Gannet flying west after high tide - Hoylake.
2 Black-tern - Wallasey Shore mid-afternoon.
1 Hobby chasing swifts - Newton, West Kirby.
1 Pomarine Skua, 5 Arctic Skua, 425 Gannet, 76 Manx Shearwater, 2 Razorbill, 3 Arctic Tern, 115 Sandwich and 250 Common Tern at Hilbre.

Feeding flock of 75 Gannet and 1 Arctic Skua off north end of Hilbre, seen from Red Rocks, after high tide.

1 Arctic Skua, 46 Manx Shearwater, 164 Common Scoter (4 flocks), 45 Sandwich Tern, at least 200 Little Tern, 37 Gannet and c100 Swift overhead at Gronant this morning, Scoters and Manxies flying west, Manxies totally unexpected in a light southerly breeze!
17 Gannet, 87 Common Tern, 11 Sandwich Tern and 52 Great Crested Grebe - Leasowe Lighthouse.
1 Hobby, 1 Peregrine and 2 Spotted Redshank (s/pl) - Burton Mere Wetlands.

1 possible male Golden Oriole seen briefly in gorse bush just past sheep dip - Burton Point.

500 Knot high over West Kirby flying NNW.
13 Grey Heron fishing in gutter as tide went out - Meols Shore.
4 Egyptian Goose - Burton Mere Wetlands, flew off and seen to circle over Bevyl Road Flash, Parkgate, at around 10am before flying past Heswall and Hilbre, also 1 Spotted Redshank at BMW.

1 Red Kite over Newton (nr West Kirby) at 4pm heading towards Thurstaston and 1 Dotterel heading towards West Kirby this evening after circling garden and calling.

May 18
1 Little Stint off Roman Road, Meols, at 940am.
1 Golden Oriole, c20 Wheatear on embankment,  2 Spotted Flycatcher (1 near duck pond and 1 along Park Lane), 1 Cuckoo, 29 Gannet, 17 Sandwich Tern and a good passage of Swifts (c200) - Leasowe Lighthouse, Golden Oriole seen in flight twice, last seen at 1130am in Willows about 400 metres to west of bridge on Lingham Lane, not seen since but thought to be still in area.
1 Cuckoo, 1 Short-eared Owl, 6 Greenland Wheatear and 1 Spotted Flycatcher - Red Rocks early morning.
1 Hen Harrier (ringtail) - Neston Reed Bed.

3 Cuckoo (1 pair seen mating plus another male hear calling at the same time), 1 Grey Partridge and 4 Wheatear - Leasowe Lighthouse.

1 Whimbrel, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Wheatear, 20 Common Tern and 20 Sandwich Tern - Connah's Quay Reserve.

May 3
1 Black-winged Pratincole - Burton Mere Wetlands, flew south at 7.40pm.
12 Wheatear, 2 Whinchat and 1 Little Ringed Plover - Point of Ayr, beach and Warren.
1 Redstart (fem), 1 Redpoll, 2 Grasshopper Warbler, 2 Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Whimbrel (1 on groyne, 1 in horse paddock), 1 Whinchat, 15 Wheatear, 20 Common Scoter, 10 Gannet and 20 Sandwich Tern - Leasowe Lighthouse, numbers back down to more 'normal' levels, most chats had moved on by 10am.
